I can't access it either... it looks like it requires the newest version of iTunes, but my operating system is too old and won't let me install that.

Maybe you're having a similar issue?

OK, the situation re: ID after seeing Paul Simon last night

When you get there they ask you if you have ID or not. They didn't ask to see it. If you had ID you went in one queue, if you didnt you went in another (or something, it wasnt clear)

When the ticket is scanned the name of the winner appears on screen. Again ID wasnt asked for.

That was it and I was in!

8, pretty much on the nose. The email sent on the day said 7:30 but there were signs saying 8.

The Roundhouse is a great venue for waiting though! They have a really nice roof terrace with BBQ and lots of bars selling nice beers. Won't please the "omg barrier" types of course, but for everyone else it's a nice place to be.
