James's solo EP
So...
I've been listening to James's solo b-sides since they were released at least twice a month (but to be honest I believe that even more...) and I think that they are great. I don't suppose them to be a stone of rock'n'roll history as the holy bible for example, but I'm very amused by their athmosphere, it really touches my heart (again to be honest, it is true that 2006 was the best year of my life), so I'd like to compare it to Your opinions - if You are interested in it, take the rating this way - 10 has the best Manics' album, 1 their worst one.... James's solo EP: 1. Don't Look Back 2. Kodachrome Ghosts 3. I Never Wanted Sunshine 4. Lost Again 5. Days Slip Away 6. Summe Wind (the low-point) 7. Victory And Defeat On The Kendon Hill 8. Silver Birch Bonfire Blues For me, the best album is The Holy Bible, so it's 10 and James's EP is 7 then...

well *carefully* I love James' bsides, especially Don't look back, I never wanted sunshine and from Japanese version Days Slip Away (I think it counts in). btw. Donkey, you put twice Don't Look Back

I rated a 7, as to be honest they are strong songs, even for b-sides, and better than some of the manics own b-sides from the past!! But equally, there are alot of msp b-sides better or just as good.
Goddamn, i'm starting to think i'm the Switzerland of Manics fans, i seem to be on the fence most of the time just recently...!!

I think most of those bsides are better than his album tracks and also better than most of the stuff on Send Away the Tigers.
