As far as I am aware they haven't stopped doing signings!

Nicky did a signing for his album in 2006, but as far as I'm aware the last full-band signing was in 2003 - before I was a fan anyway. So if they haven't stopped doing signings, they're certainly on a very long hiatus.

Edit: And, naturally, as soon as I pressed 'post' I remembered they did a signing in Boston last year. Well, it's been a long time since they did one in the UK anyway.

I remember wanting to go to the Manchester signing so badly in 2003, but I was still at college and was already skiving off for Move, so couldn't justify another day off

It was 2003 n the old Virgin Megastore for the 'promotion' of "Lipstick Traces". Remember being at the Witnness festival in Ireland on the Sunday (They did Move on the Saturday) Then it was on the Tuesday. Id seen Weller in Wolverhampton the Monday after flying back and by the time of the instore I was shattered! Think either the next day or the day after was the HMV Oxford Street instore and gig.

they did the signing tent at the Reading festival 3 years ago or so. it was when they headlined the 2nd stage circa SATT.

... and they're always signing things. nary a day goes by when i don't get some cd or a poster or something signed in the post from them (slight exaggeration).

They did one at a festival a couple of years ago, Reading or Leeds maybe? I know Rhona went.
