Even though new songs were played (and to experience a new Manics song live first before on record would've been something new for me) I'd have been more interested in going to the Tuts gig than this one when they've not bothered to play many.

Then again, stubborn, traditional me wouldn't have wanted to hear a lot of songs from the album before owning the album.

Oh you! Sadly, I agree however. Did you see the place they "treated" their fans to a gig at? Looks like a friggin community centre where the elderly and/or war vets go to play cards. Couldn't they have splurged a bit on at least a smallish bar/club?

Nice little do for their fans and I'm really happy for those who got in by whatever means. Hope they all had a great time!

bit of a mockery of any kind of competition. In future Manics, just make it general sale in a nice 700 capacity venue or something with a passworded presale, y'know it makes sense
