it isn't fair but lets be honest if any of us were on that list we wouldn't complain..its not worth falling out with people over. Even if the whole 200 tickets were winable..i STILL wouldn't've won!

Should have just played a nice 500-1000 capacity venue, and made it general sale. Or if we're going for mass communication make a paid for fan club like The Killers have with their Victims Club, release a few exclusives to that, free t shirt, badges or whatever and release passworded presales to that only. Other bands manage it

No, we wouldn't complain. But we'll never know, will we, because nobody else ever is on the list. That's why we are complaining. A lot of people love this band just as much as anyone else and time and again we miss out. If that's not worth being upset or angry about... Well, I'm not even finishing that sentence, because it is.

I hope the genuine comptetition winners have a good time and can still get to the front on whatever side of the barrier they want.

Totally. I know if I were on the guest list I'd be an extremely happy bunny. I'd be hugely grateful for the opportunity and although I know it's not entirely fair I would certainly not complain.

Besides, if anyone is annoyed about this whole guest list thing, they shouldn't be annoyed at the people on it, but the people who created it in the first place.

I think we are mad at those who created it. Although I also know the gleeful: "OH MY GOD IT WAS ACE!" posts from those who didn't win fairly will stick in the throats of a lot of people. Perhaps some of whom don't feel comfortable admitting that publically.

Peopel wouldnt be so annoyed about the guestlist if there were different people on it, especially for the really small exclusive things.

If it weren't for James I would have given up on this band years ago I think.
