Happy 5th Anniversary The Great Western!

Can't believe it is five years already! Still love it to bits!

Still A Long Way To Go is one of my faves off it as well. That's No Way To Tell A Lie and Emigre I love as well. Of course the whole album is fabulous!

Which means it is also five years ago since I saw James on his solo tour!

I still remember Terry Wogan being stunned over "An English Gentleman" back when he was on breakfast radio... 5 years ago!

Yeah, but you have seen him since!

It's been three weeks since I saw him at the Roundhouse, not that I'm counting the days or anything...

Why was he stunned?

'English Gentleman' has a lot of heart. Love it.

I think he made the right choices with the singles.

JDB looks cool in the English Gentleman video, but everything else is pretty rubbish!

No way to tell a lie was pretty good, nice and poppy, but perhaps not the most representative song from the album.

I love the video to it. Two James' and harmonising minions!

Also adore Kodachrome Ghosts. Beautiful song.
