The Manic Street Preachers vowed to make one album, split up and be remembered as the last great rock 'n' roll band. That was nearly 10 years ago. Since then they've made five albums and are now set to play at the much anticipated Big Day Out. Their new album This is My Truth -Now Tell Me Yours debuted at No.3 in Australia and features some of their characteristic anthems. Nicky Wire from the band gives Street Wired the fax.

At home watching rugby on TV.

Sorry, I can't think of one.

Arriving

Travelling

6. What are you looking forward to doing while in Australia?
Watching cricket, drinking water, watching TV.

No - I hate the sun.
