Last Friday, Manic Street Preachers released their difficult, yet outstanding, new album, "Journal For Plague Lovers," based on the lyrics of the vanished/deceased band guitarist Richey Edwards, to return to their disturbing masterpiece, The Holy Bible.
The Manic Street Preachers, as I hope all British pop music had appreciated in their adolescence, once meant a great deal, and I still have a very great respect for how a band, which in the early days was so much based on the principle of Riots, The short-lived and the shock, has been releasing albums and great songs for nearly two decades. This is why I am particularly pleased to be able to win Nicky Wire for a my favorite record feature: bassist and band speaking pipe:
