Best Manics Release
First things first: LEARN TO SPELL.
I have decided that the best release by the Manics is one of the If You Tolerate This Your Children Will Be Next CD singles. It includes one of the best tracks by the band ever, Prologue to History, and Montana/Autumn/78. This is not a discussion. This is a fact. Oh, the band, if you are going to quote an author, please do the decent thing and get their name right.

I agree with your choice as they really are the best three tracks you could ever play to someone.
I think if Best Manics Release gets down to an agreed 10, then "Life Becoming A Landslide" could also be considered close to the Best Manics Release, for it also containing "Comfort Comes" and "Are Mothers Saints?". |

Montana/Autumn/78 is brilliant - one of their best b-sides I still play it and Prologue To History (which we all agree is amazing) often.

Yep - the two punkier b-sides were a surprise after the slower Tolerate.

Hmmm. Kevin Carter runs it close, having a lovely brass part on the single and three amazing b-sides to Tolerate's two. Or Found That Soul which contains two b-sides that should both have made KYE.
