I much expect them to do other shows to celebrate EMG. If they play indoors somewhere, I might go. Outdoors in Swansea - no.

I just looked it up and you're right about Beck's Odelay winning.

Jesus, the whining. Don't like it? Don't go! More gigs will be announced, for certain. Warm up gigs or a tour that culminates in this gig. How are people already moaning about the second set? They did pretty well, especially on the second leg, with THB gigs.

Yeah, knowing them, they won't rehearse the bollocks off that album to play it all once. They always go for their moneys worth!

To be fair they only need to rehearse 4-5 songs

But yeah. History is a decent judge of a campaign, and one gig shall not be it. I can see the posters now. "Due to phenomenal demand...... Manchester, London, blah blah.... Recapture the 90's vibe with these C&A vouchers... blah blah..."

I like the tactic though. Get the lager lovers into a big stadium, then announce some theatre shows.

Classy.

I'd love to go but I don't fancy being carted off to Swansea hospital if I get squished to death by ANOTHER drunken idiot! Have fun all who will be in attendance though!

I'll think about it, it'll be a LOT of money taking everything into account. I was hoping for a new album next year really.

Really? Seemed a fair few around 50-60, like ibis, and some on booking.com

I *knew* Nicky going on the radio this week was going to lead to a gig announcement of some sort, so obvious But hurrah for a summer gig! Thankfully don't need to worry about hotels either, seen as the almost-in-laws live not too far away.
