Ermm... I'm kinda-like, you know, a wee bit in love with the band again since Manchester... (good to have that off my chest)

God knows why Nina Hoss sings with a JDB-accent, though! Loyalty? Amazing acting skills?
I even nicked some postcards for my collage wall. All good again (for a bit).

First time in a year he didn't look like he'd accidentally wandered in from the Frog & Bucket, looking for the men's room. And the VOICE. And Sean. And general Wire-ness. And the fact they actually seem to have some life-force between them. And.... (oh shut up, fangirl! )

Ooooh!!!! Such a brilliant idea. I want hem too. One for each Manic and from different times; early Generation Terrorists Manic figures, THB figures, Lifeblood figures with fake blood you can throw at them/pour over them and RTF/Now figures with Sean in his leopard print T-shirt and short hair(& SO thin & young) Nicky now and James in red shirt and black jacket combo.

Oh guitars too, drum kits for Sean and accessories like Welsh flags, make-up to make up Wire and mini sunglasses......

OMG this could be so great.

Yeah, me too.

And don't forget the action figure of Nicky's onstage jumping pose and a guitar breaking Richey and other famous and legendary concert actions frozen into figures.

Just listened to Dead Trees and Traffic Islands and Horses Under Starlight. Oh my these tracks are so unique. Manics never did/will do anything like that!

We need to kidnap the Manics and force them into here. Obviously we'll also need a time machine to kidnap GT manics etc.

If the Manics didn't care, and decided to phone it in on an album, what would it sound like? See even PFAYM had too much thought put into it. I'm talking less than that. An album with barely any written lyrics, not even sung but started off signing the words before going "Luh luhhh luhhhh".
What would the music sound like? Out of copyright traditional songs bastardised.
Or maybe even one chord played over and over.
The Manics phone it in. No, the Manics don't even be bothered enough to phone it in. A lot of the songs do push the three minute mark, but that's only because you can hear the band breathing and asking each other if they want to make some noise. For a little bit.
It'll never happen, but I can dream can't I? See, they even get the Dina Carroll songwriters in to pen the album. (and I thought it was "Dana Carroll", but that just produced a list of bio-chemists with that name instead)
