As much as I love the Manics, I don't think I'd go to see them at an arena show. I prefer smaller venues where I can see the band onstage, not on a massive screen 10 miles away!

So we have so far as possibles:

Brixton Academy - 5000
Hammersmith Apollo - 5050
Roundhouse - 3500 (might be smallish)

Seriously they can't fill Wembley Arena which is 12,500

If they are doing 4-5 Arena dates it won't be lots in london. Probably CIA Cardiff, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester? and somewhere bigger than brixton in London, maybe Wembley if it's one date and not two. But I really doubt any of the information that women gave you.

Surely you can't be doubting the ents24 woman's world tour of London info? It's rock solid

I imagine that means no more anniversary editions they're just going to shove everything into that

As for playing arenas, don't bother, the SATT winter tour was quite frankly embarassing, especially the Manchester Central gig

Yeah. I don't get it, they go down well in middle sized venues, I know they have to play a few more, but don't go back to like a 5-10 gig tour, just spread it out over the year.

I don't know where the interest will come from for arenas, there's just been too much Manics over the last four years, and from a fan's point of view they have reached saturation point for me.

A Box that contains everything?

If the price of the PFAYM box-set is anything to go by we'll need until august 2012 to save up for the fucking thing.

I'd have to agree. If it's arena prices I would have a long hard think before buying any tickets.
