Wedding tracks?

Pretty self-explanatory, really, but would value your thoughts, even the not-serious ones.

We (Emily and I) are getting married in a little over 10 weeks and we were wondering, what Manics songs would be good to walk down the aisle/sign the registry/pretend to sign the registry for the photos to? We've been told to pick five (High Fidelity moment, anyone?). We're not saying that they all have to be Manics songs. We've semi-picked some White Lies ("Bigger Than Us"), Echo and the Bunnymen ("Bring On The Dancing Horses"), Joshua Radin ("Today") and Tori Amos ("Tear In Your Hand") but it'd be interesting to see what Manics songs you lot pick. Some of us on here must be married to each other, or at least have got off with someone on here. It wouldn't be a "proper" messageboard otherwise!

I'd like "Further Away"*, "Emily" and "You Stole The Sun...". Emily likes "A Design For Life"

Any ideas?

* I'm aware it's more a love song to Richey than a particular girl in James/Nicky's lives, but hey.

I'd want James' version of Summer Wind for my wedding day I think!

Personally I'd go for Umbrella / Can't Take My Eyes Off You as the lyrics and James's voice convey an appropriate sentiment.
Pick the songs together and forget anyone else is there. We (speaking for my myself and my non-Manic fan other half) songs included Evanescence and Motorhead. If I'd managed to get a Manics track in it would have been Solitude Sometimes Is....

Whatever songs you chose, have a cracking day!

We're going to have a very definite "edge" to the disco, in that it's going to have the odd shoe-gazing and "proper" soul anthem amongst the usual nonsense. No "Build Me Up (Fucking) Buttercup" though.

We had Blue wrath's i monster, Velvet undergrounds's Venus in Furs, and Meiko Kaji's Shura no Hana (Flower of Carnage). Not your standard 'bopping music'. When my dad asked where were the Stones' I politely told him it was my wedding, so my music Build Me Up Buttercup wouldn't have got a look in either.

I can't think of a better manics song for a wedding than this, even though it's quite unpopular around this forum, that is where it belongs!

Try DJing to a room of people sitting down, and you'll learn to appreciate that song quick enough. I had to play the Nolans the other night, and Rock the Boat. Broke two sanctions there.
