10 years to the Manic Millennium, you guys!

Let's all celebrate this wonderful concert.

One of my first Manics memories was getting the VHS tape of 'Leaving the 20th century'

So let's discuss the performance, the setlist, their clothes, etc.

James - Erm, black shirt..................................

Performance wise I thought it was pretty mega! (As James would say! ) Great memories of watching bits of it on the telly and being teased about my Manics crush!

I had *such* a good time that day/night. Was drunk on neat vodka by 10.30 am, nearly got arrested, was given loads of fags and booze and fell down a whole flight of stairs on the way in. I cried all the way through ' Small Black flowers' What a drunken sad act, hahaha!

A cameraman came into my workplace once and he was wearing his Manic Millenium tee one of the days. Unfortunately I had a chat with him in the break room the day before he wore it so never got a chance to ask him about it! Darn! Can't believe it's 10 years ago now either! Scary!

well, that's as much as I can remember, maybe I was quite rude with it too, (heaven forbid) unbelievable, I know
At least they let me in straight away, unlike at the Roundhouse where they made me wait until LAST until i'd sobered up or something. Oh, the humanity!

Some of the girls that you see waiting by the gates to go in did seem a bit hyper but then it's probably understandable considering the night it was and all that! Remember being embarrassed with Sian Lloyd who was chatting to some fans the morning of the gig on some programme on BBC 1 and she was all 'Oooooph! The Manics!' *cringe*

Ahh, were you there? I would've been one of the drunken idiots waiting by the gates!
