Guess this has more substance, informal interview and chat. Way more dignified than reality tv.

Again? Alright then...

I want Sean though, talking at length about his passion for guns.

EDIT: And Sean also doing the gadget segment of the show, obviously.

If it is half as good as last time it'll be brilliant.

The gadget section with Sean would be amazing

If Nicky ever wants something to do during the Manics gap years he should do a comedy cooking show; it'd be brilliant.

I think the SCD slagging is overdone (not least because I like the show), but it just wasn't an interesting enough appearance. You hear the idea of them being on SCD, you think it's amazing/mad/appalling/genius/whatever, and then the performance isn't that different from anyone else plugging their new single. They didn't even have the professional dancers dancing to it, which is a shame. Imagine how much more fun 'SKON' would be with Anton du Beke and Erin Boag doing a Viennese Waltz to it! Go on, imagine it.

Whereas Nicky doing SFTW is amusing when you first hear it, and then when you see the clip it's better than you could ever imagine, like those random TV appearances Jarvis Cocker used to make when Pulp first made it big. He managed to get his politics degree into the conversation too, bless him.

I've said this time and time again: you can not do a Vienese Waltz to SKON - it is in the wrong time signature

Oops! It's more a show-dance song, maybe. Something where you can stretch your legs into silly poses...

What the hell is Jarvis doing on that Olympics advert ?

Nicky should be on a Dyson advert, but I fear it would be a bit like that James May beer ad (yawn)

A favour to Michel Gondry, I imagine. I quite like that advert.

Tim called National Treasure their "10th" album.

James needs to face that amongst his myriad talents, growing a beard is not one of them.
