The first and second 'All we want from you are the kicks..' is followed by a slap to the forehead.

Watched again and yeah, I see it now. I guess James always wanted to be a boxer.

Ok everyone, I am not a doctor, but here's what I think is going on:

Every so often a lyric gets stuck in James' lyrics depository, the part of his brain where all the lyrics he's ever had to learn are stored. It's very full now, which is why we're getting songs with repeated phrases and titles like Some Kind Of Nothingness (obviously made up from Some Kind Of Bliss and the Motorcycle Emptiness lyric 'everlasting nothingness) - pure efficiency. So once in a while his overflowing lyric depository gets a line or two caught before it can make its way to his verbal melody adjustment nodes, and it needs a little nudge to get it flowing again.

This is also compatible with my related theory on the side-to-side JDB head bobble(TM).

James wasn't hit by a boot in the Everything Live DVD! Whatever it was it appeared to be a small object to me!

Haha quality images Porco.
I#ve seen him in various videos, like mentioned on the Cuba DVD,where he's waving his arms all over when not playing guitar and I've always thought it was some kind of annoyed signal to the sound technician or someone like Naysmith to change the sound levels or whatever, etc.
I'm going go watch some Manics performances now actually and watch for Bradders acting weird and I'll make a list

This. James isn't the only one that does it
