I was pleased to see it at No.40, yay! 3 weeks though. Man, it's sad they don't sell albums or singles or anything like they used to. It's all to do with promo, you get them on big TV shows and it'll push sales, do one show per album like they do and that's we get. Shame. Still, love the album.

The album placed at No.41 is Ward Thomas with 2,473 so I guess the Manics sold say, 2,500 last week. So the album total in the UK sales is around about 27,500 after 3 weeks.

If the regularly touted figure of £1 per album is to be believed, that's £833 per Manic for that week... slim pickings!
