Sorry to bump this up, but watched this last night again in all its glory.
Really is a fantastic watch - especially the fact that it's been about a year since I last watched it. Love JDB playing a Jazzmaster! |

Sorry if I seem abit clueless on this, but Be Pure, Be Vigilant, Behave obviously isn’t going to be released on dvd, does anyone have a link to a copy that I could download and burn onto a dvd and do some artwork for, as I’d love to have it in my collection - I’m sure that other must feel the same way.
I have a small collection of MSP dvds of tv appearances, live shows and documentaries that I really like and feel that I really need this one included, along with maybe the Cardiff castle BBC Wales TV appearance from around the time of the holy bible anniversary. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Brings back so many great memories from the Roundhouse gig.
Shame that this and the National Treasures gig weren’t viable for a DVD release. Edit - Same goes for Cardiff Castle too. |

Absolutely, I honestly cant understand why, us Manics fans seem to have a really poor choice of official dvds, especially compared to other bands of their status/era.

It's a matter of budget. Manics seems that they can't afford anymore filming gigs and producing them to DVD. It's a problem for most band in general. It needs a lot of money even for a proper videoclip so most bands try to make cheap youtube videos. Back in the days, when Manics were No. 1 they had the budget for all these audiovisual things, and most bands then.

I won't forgive them for not filming the national treasures gig tho They said it was cos the cameras would've made them too nervous. Which was odd as there were cameras there for the screens anyway

By the way, are there any dvd format created in the forum regarding Truth, Be Pure, Escape from history and all these youtube documentaries?
