Actually surprised to see what some people don't like the piano in Found That Soul, it's brilliant.

I'll add myself as another fan of the one note piano in found that soul, i thought it was a bit of a stooges-esque homage to give it that punky sound.
I remember james once saying he was going through a phase of the one string solo which gives us the majestic solo in the everlasting.

Inner eye opening to the stepped scarlet pyramid of the Eastern Seaboard Fission Authority burning beyond the green cubes of Mitsubishi Bank of America, and high and very far away he saw the spiral arms of military systems, forever beyond his reach. And somewhere he was laughing, in a white-painted loft, distant fingers caressing the deck, tears of release streaking his face. |

That sentence goes quite well to the beat of the first three lines of FTS. I read them with the piano in my head

Personally think reissues should stay as per the original, but include any b-sides / new material on another tracklisting. Think there are enough b-sides, rarities and covers from that era to make up an album of it's own. The Everything Must Go and Send Away the Tigers reissues were good examples and almost worth buying for the b-side collections alone.

Whilst I agree with you to a point, in 2021 when many still buy physical releases but most seem to exclusively listen to digital versions either via Spotify, mp3 or flac, tracklisting seems a "serving suggestion" at best.
Worth noting they changed the tracklisting of SATT proper for the re-release... at least in the case of KYE there's an argument that what they're doing has some validity given it was how the album was initially conceived. I'm assuming they would master the two albums differently, one for a more aggressive sound, one for a more melodic one... so maybe I'm talking myself out of this after all...?

Well it's still being worked on between shows or being mastered as we wait then. (Running joke for thread skippers)

You're giving way too much credit here for the band who lazily swapped tracks in past two re-releases without putting any consideration on where the new songs would play on the album.

Considering I think Walk Me To The Bridge and Still Snowing In Sapporo may be the greatest album closers they'll ever write, perhaps besides NSAF, you might have a point here...
