To add STV to your sky box

Press 'services' on your sky remote, that will open up a screen called 'options'.

Click select and the 'sky+ setup' will go orange. Right arrow across to 'add channels' and press select.

Press the red button and enter

Frequency 10.906
Polarisation v
symbol rate 22
FEC 5/6

press yellow button 'find channels'

Select the first STV click yellow to store channel.

Exit back to tv.

Click tv guide.
Right arrow across top menu bar to options.
Press select. Right arrow across second menu bar to Other Channels.
Press select and then select STV.

I can't get it to, I think someone actually in the STV region will have to record and upload it - unless anyone has found a work-around for that, too.
