Written a long time ago, it even got as far as pre-order on Amazon but fell victim of post-Lifeblood public indifference and publishers/distributors getting nervous about it not selling. But I'm working on it again.

What about self-publishing through Lulu or Blurb? I received a Blurb-made book from a band along with their album once, it was really nicely done. There is some extra publishing-related help specifically on Lulu too if one wans that: http://www.lulu.com/services/?cid=publish_portal Just tossing some recommendations out there because I'd really like to see a Manics encyclopedia happen - I'd buy it!

Thanks for the links - I really think that I should be able to get a 'proper' publisher so I'm going for that at the moment, but ultimately I do want this book out there no matter what.
