Tickets booked! Although for some reason Wolves Civic's website didn't like my debit card but worked fine with my credit card. Also got e-tickets so don't need to worry about ticket delivery.

Sorted. Dead easy via Ticketmaster. Even managed to screw it up once and still got the same seats.

I had more trouble getting one accessible space today than tours where I've bought multiple tickets to multiple venues for multiple people. You think ticket buying for a small venue is stressful? Try phoning to get one of six places.
There are around 1.2 million wheelchair users in the UK, roughly 2 per cent of the UK population*. In a 3,000 capacity venue that percentage ratio would mean 60 accessible spaces could be needed. I didn't even make one of the six they offer. I'm going because one of the six wheelchair users doesn't need a carer space - but I'll be behind another wheelchair right up on the back of the balcony. You know what's even worse? Wolves is one of the more accessible venues for gigs. *http://www.efds.co.uk/resources/facts_and_statistics |
