A shame that Lifeblood doesn’t seem to be getting much love outside of FD.

This gets harder and harder. God help anyone trying to this their head for this list.Top four and bottom three are rock solid mostly (Even in Exile does get better with every listen), the middle ones could fluctuate in their respective brackets.

(Great but could cut a track or two)
This is My Truth
Lifeblood
The Ultra Vivid Lament

Know Your Enemy
Rewind the Film
I killed the Zeitgeist
Generation Terrorist
The Great Western
Resistance is Futile
(Fuck off!)

Gold Against the Soul
Postcards For a Young Man

Everything Must Go - perfect
The Holy Bible - perfect
This Is My Truth - a couple of underpar songs. But many very beautiful/classic songs, even if the somewhat muggy/heavy production let it down a bit.
The Ultra Vivid Lament - Yes, I’m digging it.
Postcards from a Young Man - Great tunes and a fun listen. Golden Platitudes deserves more love.
Send Away the Tigers - Very Nice
Futurology - Very Nice
Know Your Enemy - Random Nice
Lifeblood - Mellow Nice
Generation Terrorists - A few classic tunes and a lot of skipping. But the good ones are Good!
Journal for Plague Lovers - The first couple of songs hit hard and it’s a decent album.
Rewind the Film
Gold Against The Soul
Resistance is Futile

Just realised I'm the only person that placed THB outside the top 3 so far.... oh well.

This is hard. I could do a list like this every week and the bottom five (before SATT that is) would always be in slightly different order. Feels a bit heartbreaking placing them so low, because I truly like them all, but they crave a certain mood and thus aren't my go-to albums. Top 2 is firmly fixed: EMG and GATS share the top spot and TIMTTMY is a strong second, always.

Anyway, here it is:

Everything Must Go / Gold Against The Soul (Purely because GATS singles are incredible. Without them the album would be in the bottom half.)
This Is My Truth Tell Me Yours
----
The Ultra Vivid Lament (Obviously we're on honeymoon still, but I have a strong tingle this will stay near the top.)
Rewind The Film
Lifeblood
Resistance Is Futile
Futurology
----
The Holy Bible
Postcards From A Young Man
Generation Terrorists
Journal For Plague Lovers
Know Your Enemy
----
Send Away The Tigers (The only album I truly do not like)

Yup, especially the nosedive after Roses. As a four track EP it would be perfect and no other album has had such a good run on singles.

Is New Art Riot eligible for this list? I have a huge soft spot for it.
