As far as I know they're all originals, in chronological order:

For anyone who hasn't got it yet, Futurology is only £5.99 in HMV now.

Cool news, don't think a Manics album has popped back into the top 100 like that since Send Away The Tigers did when Autumnsong was released. Guess the power of the single (what? There's a single out right now?) has pushed album sales haha. Nice to see it back in the top 100 briefly.

Cheers for the update. Be interesting to know if it was the single or the buzz around holy bible (my money's on the latter).

I assume it is due to THB tour announcement. Is there much buzz around this new single?

I know it varies considerably, but approximaltey how many copies would you expect a #91 and #164 to have sold in a week?

I've not either! I read about it on here and my partner heard it on the radio, otherwise I'd not have known. The band do seem to care about how they chart. Why bother releasing it if you're not going to promote it!!

As a person interested in band/music marketing the Manics constantly annoy me!

I see the album is £2.99 on the Amazon MP3 download, maybe that will have helped it get back into the top 100

Aaaaaaah. I wondered if it was the THB tour announcement. Wrong album!

Futurology is on the shortlist for the Welsh Music Prize - essentially Welsh album of the year:

http://www.walesonline.co.uk/whats-o...-years-7927598

The list also shits on the Mercury Prize shortlist from some distance. Welsh Music is in proper rude health. Makes you wonder why The Welsh Government are slashing arts funding, but that's a rant for another thread possibly...

Using only the tracks on the album, I finally got around to putting a preferred running order now I'm familiar with it.
I love how because there's no production between the songs, the pulse from the first choice follows on to the second song.
I put BTCATB early in the album as a reference to Nicky mentioning it as a possible single.
It's worth playing Misguided Missile after Futurology alone.
And I like how the last three tracks could have finished the album off, so you get two false endings.

1. Dreaming A City (Hughesovka)
2. Walk Me To The Bridge
3. Between the Clock and the Bed
4. Europa Geht Durch Mich
5. Let's Go To War
6. The View From Stow Hill
7. The Next Jet To Leave Moscow
8. Futurology
9. Misguided Missle
10. Divine Youth
11. Sex, Power Love and Money
12. Black Square
13. Mayakovsky

What single? Futurology? I figured that song sank without a trace in a very untraceable sea.
