Manic Street Preachers reveal 'The Holy Bible' shows support

Manic Street Preachers have announced a few details about their December gigs.

The band will play two sets per night at each date. The first, beginning at 8.45 prompt, will feature The Holy Bible in full.

After a ten-minute break, the band will play a second set featuring songs from Futurology as well as curios and a handful of classic hits. There will be no support bands on the dates, just DJs handpicked by the band:

Dec 8th Glasgow Robin Turner (MSP tour DJ since 1996)
Dec 10th Manchester Robin Turner (MSP tour DJ since 1996)
Dec 11th Manchester Simon Price (MSP biographer)
Dec 15th London Erol Alkan (remixer ‘Europa Geht Durch Mich’)
Dec 16th London Andrew Weatherall (remixer ‘Peeled Apples’, DJ at 1994 Astoria shows)
Dec 17th London Erol Alkan (remixer ‘Europa Geht Durch Mich’)

lol I remember the NT night, they said prompt start at 7:30pm basterds, they did not get to the stage until 7:55pm

So assuming they are on time, first set finishes at around 9.45 and then they are back on at 10 for what half an hour?

Just off the top of your head... anyone know when the gigs will likely finish? Based on he above... reckon 11ish?

Also - what time are doors open? Is it 1930? Thanks!

i know the curfew for the olympia in dublin is around 11 - so the gig on saturday will most likely be over before that..wish they were doing cure-lenght sets on this tour
