the album and single i mean not the box...bit of a mess there. SHOULD'VE INCLUDED THE VINYL
Should have included vinyl but glad they didn't as I suspect they would have made it exclusive & not released vinyl separately. Plus box would have been the size of a house for the price of a house but made from cardboard (which gets mushy in the rain or so I am told)

So I did but UPS claim that they were only paid for shipping and handling, not import taxes, and told me to tell the sender (Sony) that they should sort this out at their local UPS office.

Seems to me someone screwed up when shipping the box, and in conclusion, don't think I'll be getting that box anytime soon :\

Over a week now. Last I heard, Sony said they would have to make a more thorough investigation of what happened. That was 7 days ago. Now I check the UPS status of the package and it's back in Sweden =\

Personally I would be hammering away at Sony, it seems to me that it is their responsibility to sort it.

Update: After I had written to the customer service I got a nice e-mail with an apology and the confirmation that they would send me a t-shirt.
The shirt has arrived today.
So everything turned out allright and customer-service has handled the matter friendly and professionally.

I think paying £80 for said boxset is practically like being screwed anyway, not getting a t shirt either is like being buggered up the arse with a blowtorch (if that's possible).
