They told Gigwise about what to expect from their set.

There we go, we all knew it would never happen. To be honest I'd quite like to see a full Lifeblood show Whoever they play to at Glaso or other festivals they will stand there like statues in silence only coming to life when the camera is on them and they can wave at it.

I don't know Wire, sounds like exactly the kind of thing The Manics would do!

Anyone who sees Jack White over the Manics is a fool.

Then again I'd think the same of anyone who saw Jack White over a drunk man with a blocked-up tin whistle play the hits of Showadywaddy

I'd happily go and see Jack White

Jack White, is a genius.

That would be a tough clash for me, but Pixies straight after Manics would probably confirm my place by The Other Stage.

I dunno, I think with festivals, especially Glasto, it pays to take the path less travelled by yourself. I've seen Jack a couple of times and god knows I've seen the Manics so if the mood takes me I won't fret about being somewhere else, waching something else or just generally chilling out on a hill somewhere.

I wouldn't mind seeing Pixies but I've seen them already and I'm loving the new Goldfrapp album, so I'll be jetting off to a different stage for that.

Temporarily forgot Jack White was playing. That was a lovely moment of time.

Fucks sake, some proper clashes there and that's without even looking at the other stages or days.

Interesting - a 15 min gap between Beth Orton and Dexys on different stages. Wonder if Saxy is playing with both of them. He could be bloody well playing with the Manics instead actually!

Just went out to get my supplies for the festival , returned home to realise I hadn't bought a sleeping bag or a camping chair, but at least I have enough to drink and just about enough to eat

Sad to be missing Pixies and Paul Heaton. Looks like a proper dash for me. I've had worse festival clashes though.
