Lots of photos from Newport Wetlands in the deluxe book (and that one above). Never spotted them hiding in the reeds but can recommend it for a nice walk if you're in the area

Email still references the Cardiff NHS shows but there's no chance those are happening surely ??

Yeah, I was thinking along similar lines yesterday.

'Soundtrack to my life' is such a clichι, but it's also a clichι that some clichιs are clichιs because they're true...

Brighton Dome is a fantastic beautiful building and relatively intimate for the Manics. I'm tempted to go to that rather than (or as well as) my local gig (Wembley).

I'll tell you what, lads and lasses, my phone jumping from Orwellian to Revol is a bit of a jarring contrast to say the least

The lyrics to Orwellian feel very pertinent. With RIF I found it hard to engage with what they were singing about, but at least it's clear with this one.

Wish they were doing a smaller London show. Nothing for Wales either.

Wonder to what extent having 'independents only' vinyl (7") actually helps independents when you're giving yellow vinyl to the mighty Amazon, and different artwork to HMV. Have MSP done a song about Amazon?

Damn, that's a good point. Maybe they are planning to reschedule the Cardiff shows then. Though the Wembley show being so much later than the other gigs makes me think they were struggling to find an available venue closer to the time or something.

Nothing. Orwellian studio is the only music heard so far.

Next thing will be individual songs or maybe 30sec clips on amazon

£10.75 to have the picture disc and CD book delivered is taking the piss really, but of course I’ve paid it. Initially put the most expensive bundle in but don’t want a cassette and if want a 2nd vinyl copy, I’ll probably support my local independent record store with the likely ‘indies’ only vinyl.
