The title track is the most conservative choice that won't win over anyone who wasn't already on board.

It will be that.

Next Jet is a good album track but the lyrics (even without the swearing) aren't single friendly.

I vote Let's Go To War. But they never pick the best single choices for singles... it'll probably be Mayakovsky or something equally unsuitable.

Let's Go To War.
It would be a crime if they didn't release that as a single. But indeed, Manics choice for singles is sometimes rather weird.

What is all this single business? Surely bands, especially ones like the Manics, don't "release" singles anymore...?

The more I hate Let's Go To War, the more I dislike it. I hope they release Next Jet To Leave Moscow - it's short and sweet and hits the spot, and won't need an edit.

On a slightly different note - I can't believe that Walk Me To The Bridge actually has a radio edit!!!!

apart from the "silly little fucker" line which will be replaced with "silly little bugger". I'd go with "Silly Mother Russia"

The obvious choice is "Let's Go To War" but the company man choice will be Futurology. TNJTLM will not be a single.

Let's Go War, nothing much really jumps out as cool single to me so far but only had the album on once so far, but Let's Go War really stood out and I liked it a lot. You know they'll pick the stupidest choice possible though!
