Had the original picture disc and the 20th anniversary set so decided i didn't need this. Caved and bought one of each from e-bay. No wonder i'm broke. Cant wait for them both to arrive!

Just got the original mix pic disc in the mail and.... it's beautiful. It will be played tonight. I am happy that I was able to buy it from an indie record store even if it was via mail.

This wonderful world of purchase power...

Although... my UK Mix (from the USA) seems to have some sort of dirt/fluff trapped in the vinyl (doesn't seem to want to come off... presumably trapped under the clear layer) - you can see it near the center hole on the side with the 3 fat ladies on it. Is this normal?

Have u played it? Might not affect it too much... Maybe a pop...

Oh if it's by the Centre hole shouldn't affect any of the songs. Might not be dust either .. could be missing a bit of colour ... Don't know the techy terms

could be just a slight flaw I mean its not a perfect process. I must say having not purchased or looked at a recently produced picture disc I am surprised at how sharp the images are. its like HD as opposed to standard def tv. I have a feeling the US mix will be a stunner in person. Maybe this means sound quality has improved over the years?
