That's possibly the least difficult thing to accomplish ever...but you never know with the Manics. Their videos can be so hit and miss.

No Patrick Jones film and hopefully not just them standing about miming looking bored. Make the video experience fun guys, do something fun and make it big and interesting to watch. Like James' video for That's no Way To Tell A Lie was different and quite cool. Nixon was fun too.

I don't think we have to worry about Patty video. The official videos we've got from him have always been for the more unsuccessful singles (SATT's third one, JFPL's it's-not-even-a-proper-release), I doubt they'd have his work as the lead single for their mass communication effort.
