Prior to NYC and Boston I would've said Condemned to Rock and Roll, however I've got to say that All or Nothing is a genius choice of intro.

Ok, well the jury's still out on the best intro, but I reckon the best ending was in New York (I only just figure out James sings - and it's hilarious...)
