London was print at home for £2.25 or posted for £2.95. I refuse to be charged to print them myself, so I went for posted tickets!

This whole ticketing system has turned in to the hugest racket. Really needs a proper investigation from a watchdog which can enforce changes.

Posted can be worse as you often have to be in for it, go to the collection office, etc...

Who is a fucking idiot?

This guy!

The reason I failed was because this morning I went to the normal Ticketmaster site as opposed to the e-mail link from this morning (just assumed it was still wrong from yesterday). Just tried the link for a laugh and success, no issues!

Sigh...

EDIT: Presale tickets are still available for all dates for those unsuccessful earlier.

Anyone got a presale code I could use, I was only able to buy 2 with my own presale code but want 3 tickets

The exchange for 30 pounds is over $50 Canadian. Plus shipping and possible customs charges. Amazon Canada comes out to be significantly less expensive.

You could have pre-ordered, got the code and then subsequently cancelled the record?

Cambridge Corn Exchange not over enamoured with Tickmaster pricing either (via Twitter):

Cambridge Corn Ex
@CambridgeCornEx
Manic Street Preachers are going on sale this Friday at 10am! We are encouraging customers to only purchase tickets through the Corn Exchange Box Office. The only other approved vendor to sell for this gig is Ticketmaster and tickets shouldn't cost above £39.50 + booking fee.

paid pretty much £50 in my rush for tickets this morning

They had a "no purchase necessary" link in order to get the presale code but in fine print.

I don't know. It's seems pretty expensive for a double greatest hits concert.

My enthusiasm is flagging. In other words, "I don't know if I can be arsed."
