One of the biggest names in modern Danish rock, Tim Christensen, is a fan.
Can't really hear it in any of his music though

@chrisdeerin @jk_rowling Manics the most literate, book-hungry band out there. Fact. I love them to bits.

As for Stuart Pearce....what do we reckon for him being at a speculative TIMTTMY gig in two years, bawling out 'I wish I had been born a girl and not this mess of a man'?! Anyone??

Pearce has some history. There was a bit in John Lydon's book about him and a few other England internationals of the time attending the Pistols anniversary gigs in 96.

Totally forgot I asked Richard Ayoade about this. When RA first joined Twitter, I noticed he followed @Manics and liked a bunch of Manics-related Tweets. Nicky has said Submarine (directed by RA) is one of his fave films and he included it in that Velvet Coalmine film fest.

Should we all just harass celebs on twitter asking them if they are Manics fans? Although nothing could beat the Jackie Collins one.... could it?

I once tweeted Louis Theroux asking if he liked the Manics (he seemed like the type and I love him), and he didn't reply but he did like the tweet, so I'm taking that as a yes!
