This.

Ignoring the bullshit and just listening to the music, I find it hard to dislike Kanye.

^ It may just be the fact that i'm already biased by my pre-existing dislike for them. Kinda goes back to highschool when the whole emo thing was going on. I won't go into my long ass thing as to why that bothered me. I just think they suck.

Kanye on the other hand, i'm not really a rap fan but I will admit he's had some particularly catchy songs. He is a total dick but for some reason i'd rather him sport it than Patrick Stump.

Anyway, i've gone off on something, sorry.
(my communication skills suck ass, hence why Ive been on this forum since 05 and barely post)

They have a song called "20 dollar nose bleed" which opens with something like
"do you want to disappear to a monastary and preach on a manic street" that's not it exactly I don't think but it's cheesy as fuck.
I also remember watching some music video channel a few years back when they were really popular and they were choosing the videos...
they DID play a manics video (slash and burn i THINK) mind you I was losing my shit over that but was equally annoyed that THEY played it, especially since the guy said something along the lines of ' guitar player like, totally vanished like, he's like, missing. he was like, crazy"

Don't remember the exact words, just remember it irritated the shit out of me.
But then again I was like 17 or something.

Lol, exactly. The outrage is a bit hypocritical.

I can only add my lols the Kanye incident. Dunno if these have already been mentioned in the thread, buuuut:

At least two of My Chemical Romance are fans - Mikey Way has been photographed wearing a Lifeblood t-shirt at least once, and after the 2005 Manics gig at Wolves Civic Hall, me and my friend bumped into Frank Iero in the stage-door confusion that ensued when Manics fans from the Civic Hall and My Chem fans from the Wulfrun were trying to work out where their respective brethren were when everyone was wearing an awful lot of black, leopardprint and eyeliner - he asked who we'd been to see, and when we told him he was all 'no way! We love those guys! I would have totally gone to see them except, you know, we were playing a show next door.' Aw.

Also as far as I know all of the Automatic are huge fans, especially Rob Hawkins.

looks pretty cool, though I'm sure you could easily make a decent version of this for a lot less than it would be to buy that.
