That is bag part H6 (of which you should get 9), in a series of about 1200 from the Generatξψn Terrψrξsts flatpack. You get all the bags, then you follow a cryptic diagram which, with the aid of an allen key and a screwdriver, lets you assemble the lyrics to the whole album.
