We've got one or two coming, anyone want to have a pre-club meet up at 8 a nearby pub and then head to the club for doors?

I've slept on the floor of Manchester Piccadilly station before. Surprisingly large amount of people did.

I'd be up for that but just trying to think where is suitable and cheap nearby - the problem with Kro being opposite the SU is it's one of the few pubs in the locality, coz everyone who's a stoodent goes to the Union. The Oxford is a dump (and I think I might be banned). The Footage is cheap but a bit of a hike to Kro from there... Ditto Font...

Aye, I forgot about the FMB. That's what happens when they open pubs on Oxford Road after you graduate...!

How about The Gold Cup? It's on Stockport Road about 10 minutes walk from Apollo. Yeah, it's a massive dive but they do have JFPL on the jukebox. Was living above that Neverspoon when it first opened. Glad it wasn't open the whole year I was there...

I'm not 100% sure if I am, but there was an altercation with a useless barmaid/waitress. I pulled her up on her bad service and she didn't take too kindly to it...

Hmm, wonder if I've been served by her. I've worked in pubs and restaurants before, I wouldn't dare pull people up on service, I know what they're capable of!

Well I wouldn't usually but she was ridiculously crap! Plus we had our food at this point so no chance of spitting in it!

Never had any bad experiences in the Oxford. Even when the football's on, I usually like it there. Good midway point for me and sculpture too, spent the last few years having many pub crawls that began there.

Footage though, there's another story. Awful place.

Yeah I'm happy for the FMB or The Oxford which are my usual haunts, how near is the one you menitoned to Kro Rich?
