How many people will be 'dressing up' at this gig? It seems like as the years go on less and less fans dress up. I might wear my haggard old Manics top I made like 10/11 years ago as usual, I don't know. I might take the feather boa. I don't know. I don't want to be the only one, the last time I took a boa in 2011 I think I was one of about two people!

As long as you find some similarly dressed people to stand near you'll be OK.

Anyone know when the gig will end?

Doors at 6PM, with a 7PM start listed on the ticket.

Hello from the barrier! This is pretty much a hometown gig for me (well as close as it's ever going to get as I can't see them ever playing Wakefield )...I suspect it won't beat the RAH gigs but looking forward to it anyway. Not far to go home afterwards either for a change Enjoy if you're here!

Home from gig - fantastic! The guys were on top form and it was great to finally hear some of the EMG tracks live for the first time. My girlfriend enjoyed it as it was her first time seeing them live. The crowd were really up for it, the 'mosh pit' was lively but man, some people were SOOO drunk, I never understand how people get into that kind of state. Plus had two drunk guys on separate occasions tap me on the shoulder and say "Hey mate, did you know your Manics t-shirt is from 2004?" like they wanted a gold medal or something, so I just said "Yes. I do." Overall, 10 / 10 from me

What an evening that was. I thought the Manics were fantastic and I loved all their set. I was about 5 rows from the front near to James and Wayne. Some of the people were horrific though, they were just piling forward. I don't know why anyone would bring drinks onto a floor around people enjoying the band then moshing with drinks and pushing people over. I thought James looked quite concerned what was happening during Motorcycle Emptiness. Apart from the people who didn't know the songs or much I thought it was an amazing concert, though I left sooner because of the moshing people and I'd parked quite a way at the hospital. It was a fabulous concert though. I thought Nicky looked just fantastic. I love how he walks and dances around on stage and that story he told of playing at the Duchess before it was demolished. I also love that James mentions Richey and the pictures on the screen. It was worth the wait to see the Manics again

My one and only video on my camera (saw so many people using their phones and filming short crappy snippets, so glad I use an actual camera), Small Black Flowers: https://youtu.be/CY4bAx7-XhE

Epic gig, best I've seen from the boys in a very long time. Loved it. Yelled for Slash & Burn which got a response from JDB. Really superb. Moshing at 50 takes its toll, aching like I've done ten rounds this morning. Worth it though.
