Maybe they'll do the festival circuit? The Holy Bible in full just about makes up the time they usually play for festival sets.

I don't think they'll do festivals.

Also: I think there's something remarkable and haunting about THB being played in a smaller venue, almost everyone there for the sake of THB.
I don't think the anniversary has a place at festivals, sorry not sorry - maybe a few songs like usual but not the entire thing.
It won't have the right feeling.

Hence they are playing it in a big castle park in Cardiff to 10,000 people during summer.....

I'm not feeling it

Nice idea, probably will be good but the big venues never do it for me.

Can't see festivals either. Would feel totally wrong to a festival crowd not prepared for it, played mid-afternoon in the sun, with everyone there to see someone else. My guess is similar venues to the last Euro tour, maybe less of them.

No festivals for sure!

6 or 7 dates in smaller venues, I think that's realistic:
- Helsinki
- Berlin
- Amsterdam
- Brussels
- Prague
- Moscow

Paris or Copenhagen seem more likely than Moscow to me. A swiss date would be nice.

Hugheskova? It's been a while since the band has done something to piss everyone off.

thanks for this

I also don't think Moscow could happen and honestly I wouldn't like it to happen, considering what's happenining there and in Ukraine, things like gigs and Olympic games shouldn't take place there. Boys already have made one big mistake in 2001 and I hope they have grown up ;-)

I think you have a fair point over there. But anyway; NOTHING is happening at the moment ...

I think the second half of my post pretty well indicates that. Mind you, they played in the UK in 2003/2004 when the country put bombs, victims, tanks etc. in Iraq so you never know

I'm going to re-iterate, we'll probably see festival holy bible dates for Europe judging by the announcement for Japan.

I bet my money it's safer to have concert in a country, where there are no open military conflicts than in the area occupied by Putin's soldiers, and where according to German intelligence there were 50,000 casualties so far.

But that's only my guess...
