MANICS DIE IN BIZARRE STUDIO BLAZE

Welsh Rockers Manic Street Preachers were killed today in a bizarre fire that engulfed their cardiff studio. Ironically the band were finishing recording their 13th LP " Eyes on Fire". According to producer Silva, who managed to avoid the disaster as he was collecting pastys from Greggs for hungry singer James Bradfield, the band were having creative differences over Nicky Wires decision to include a duet with Barbara Strisand on the album. Silva remembers James threatening to quit if Nicky made the call. Sean Moore was not on the scene but he had been seen playing with a lighter near a huge collection of leftover Richey lyrics. "It's all really bizarre. The band almost finished the album. James had one really wanky, jangly solo to add on and Nicky had to resing his songs. The entire album plus all the left over lyrics from Richey are gone. The band would have fucking loved this though. The mad bastards!".

The LP won't be released now.

I'm going to be assassinated on a rooftop aged 54. The Welsh have a good longevity, so James and Sean will make 100 in a nice Pontypridd care home, and Nicky not quite as no one that tall makes it much past 90.

Changed my mind, by mid-century we'll all be able to upload our minds to the Internet and thereby achieve immortality so the correct answer is...none of the above (well assuming they all hang on for another 30 years or so, wouldn't be too confident in James's case with some of his, erm, lifestyle choices)
