oooh pretty but that tune matched with the footage of ocean spray made me feel a bit and i just knew it would end with a shot of richey

That is suggesting that he won't be pleased by the outcome of his haircut at the hairdressers and that only seeing the fans will miraculously make his hair wonderful!
