Me and Sammy K were lucky enough to get tickets for this, think it was a fluke after 1.5 hours of trying.

Not long now, just hope I can get a ticket on the day and someone is selling outside.

My tickets arrived. Should be a good time.

I didn't go to see them on the Postcards tour as I was a bit burnt out on hearing the same songs played for the last few years.

Hoping that there are *some* surprises in the set!

So I was absolutely convinced that they played their first post-Richey gig at The Ritz, but Nicky today said they've never played there before. Is this another example of my dreams seeming like reality?! (Not that I was there, even if it was real)

First post-Richey gig was Wembley supporting the Stone Roses wasn't it?

I thought they'd played the Ritz in the early '90s but seemingly not. It's turned from one of my least favourite Manchester venues to a good one, should be good.

Ah, I was thinking of the hacienda... So a few doors down the road and a few gigs away from being first. I just recall nicky going on about that gig being a very traumatic one. I saw em next day at Maine road for the first time I knew ADFL and vaguely recognised La Tristesse hehe.
