I hope he does, once the Manics have called it a day. Love The Great Western, love his songwriting in general.

I hope he does some day, as I really enjoyed TGW and the solo tour that came with it. He seems the type who can't go for long without making music of some variety, so perhaps when things go a bit quiet on the Manics front in a few years' time, he won't be able to resist.

He'll go crazy otherwise, so I'm sure something will emerge again when things go quiet with the Manics.

James Dean Bradfield is my hero.

But this only seems to be the case when he is with the Manics...hmmmmm

I hope he doesn't do another solo album...didn't like the first one

Maybe there is something wrong with me!

Maybe i'll give it another listen just for you!

But I remember not liking it when it came out and I was at King Tuts when he did his solo tour.

Was not impressed at all - but when he played This Is Yesterday acoustically it made the gig worthwhile!

Hang up his guitar? This is James we're talking about here, right? Can't see him ever hanging up his guitar(s)!

Please give it another listen! Pretty please! I loved his gig at Stoke, was just awesome and a privilege to be there!

I like TGW, wasn't a awesome record but it was good. I would like to see him play solo one day. I can see him making another, as the manics go a long in the years, the wont split up, but they will just end up doing less. So he'll pop one out, that would be cool

I prefer TGW to a lot of the '00s Manics stuff. It seems like he didn't enjoy doing music as much without Sean and Nicky, but what he produced without the baggage of "making a Manic Street Preachers record" weighing him down was magic.

I really feel that there's a lot of over-thinking with the Manics nowadays, and not enough trusting their instincts and letting things flow. My feeling is that James got better results without having anyone else's expectations of what the music should sound like hanging over him. Perhaps!
