I really can't take the title T.E. Lawrence On A Bike seriously. It sounds like something Alan Partridge would say.

It's online! Good track, like the trumpet. Not as emotional and catchy as "Rewind The Film", but it might be a grower. More upbeat and a totally different cup of the than "Rewind The Film". Must listen again. And again... Great video!

Totally not what I was expecting after Rewind The Film but it's a nice uplifting tune.

...and Sean with a moustache

Edit: After several listens I have decided that this is catchier than malaria!

I like the video, best one they've made for a few years. £4.99 per vinyl though? Bit steep, basically £10 for this single package!
The song has defo grown on me though, I think the video helps it for the feel I love the beer glasses people are drinking from, you seldom see those around anymore.

From the Manic Street Mania Twitter earlier -

Quote:
3 Track pre-order-download of 'Show Me The Wonder' single available NOW via UK itunes! b-sides 'Melancholyme' & 'Tsunami (Live from the O2)'
So that's three known B-sides, it would seem. Personally, I'm a little bit alarmed that there's no word of any CD release or digital availability except through iTunes. I have some vinyl that I display but I don't have a record player, and vinyl really is just a niche format. I also wouldn't buy anything from Apple if they were the last company in the universe.

Where are the CDs?! How many people have the facility to play vinyl? Another shambles!

Thumbs up

Love it! £10 for two exclusive tracks on a format that half the fanbase doesn't have access to. And they'll probably be ripped straight from a digital source to the vinyl negating any sound advantages that come with the format - like usual.

As always I'm in! Early Saturday delivery elitist moaning FTW.

I'll skip the vinyl, and I don't believe in buying from iTunes so I'll be waiting for the dodgy downloads to crop up for once. Unless they have CDs available from Amazon.
