SATT is what was left after James put his good ideas on TGW.

SATT is fabulous, as is TGW of course!

Exactly my thoughts. I love Bobby Untitled, for example, but it needs to be sung by Nicky.

Basically my fave JDB solo tracks:

Emigre
Still A Long Way To Go
Bad Boys And Painkillers
I Never Wanted Sunshine
Don't Look Back

I would rather that Nicky's stuff stay as Nicky's stuff, including his vocals for Manics songs.

Kodachrome Ghosts, Still a Long Way to Go and The Wrong Beginning from James.

Not sure with Nicky; I think they are all so suited to him that they probably wouldn't work as a Manics track. Only one that might is IKTZ but done even faster.

James would do a beautiful job of Daydreamer Eyes so maybe that as an accoustic track.

If I had to choose two it would be:

Wire: Break My Heart Slowly - really catchy and just has such an autumnal feel about it, as ridiculous as that sounds.

JDB: Still A Long Way To Go - There's something melancholic and atmospheric about this song. Kinda reminds of me of (and slighly makes me miss) the long car journeys from South Wales to my Nan's in Chester as a kid.
