Bought them the day before they went on sale to the general public. I also live in the GTA - Scarborough more specifically. I'm not really bothered that I haven't recieved them yet as I do have an electronic reciept, I just find it odd that they haven't arrived yet. If they don't come by the end of the month, then I'll take it up with customer service. Untill then, I wait with baited breath...not really.

that is weird because i'm in oakville and i got them two days later. try going to a sunrise records or a ticketmaster outlet and ask?

I'm gonna try to make it, but having just gotten back from the London shows in May funds are a little tight these days to make the trip. Curse this remote town!

Grrrr... I also haven't received the tickets yet. I had them sent to my sister in New Brunswick, which might be why it's taking a while, but I am so paranoid regarding this gig that I'm just waiting for the news of something having gone wrong...
*sigh* I guess I just have to be patient.

Motherf#*%er!!!! After seeing your post Carolyn, I decided to give those nimrodz at Livenation a call to se what the hold up with my tickets was and they informed me that they went out on July 30 and because I'm in Toronto, it's probably taking longer to arrive. After informing her that you kids seem to have received yours already, she said I'll have to wait until the 30th for new tix to be sent out. WTF! I should have bought them from Ticketmaster the day they officially went on sale or better yet, gone down to the Phoenix and purchased them at the box office. I've never used Livenation before and after this experience, I'll never use them again! Yes I know Ticketmaster is part of the Livenation conglomerate, but as much as I think they too are bastards, I've never had problems recieving tickets in a timely manner.
Anyway, enough of my bitching! We should start organizing some kind of meetup very soon as I recieved a message from another member who will be coming up for the show. Seeng as this is our stomping ground those of us specifically from Toronto, any suggestions? I mentined to Irradiata that The House on Parliment pub might be a good meet and greet joint and it's only a few km from the Phoenix. What do y'all think? I'm open to suggestions if anyone has a better idea.

I don't mean to bitch as I'm sure I'll get them one way or another, I just hate the hassle. Argh! Btw, to anyone reading the above tirade, please excuse my spelling, sentence structure, etc. I'm on my iPhone and I have terrible trouble using th keyboard on this device. I promise I'm not that much of an idiot where the written word is concerned.
