I don't have a source to hand, but aren't Suede Manics fans, too? I seem to remember them nominating a Manics album as an album of the year in some poll or other. I cannot rightly recall, but I do know that there was a big over-lap in the two fandoms.

In an interview in a recent Word magazine podcast, Brett talks at length about his admiration for the Manics and how he saw them as kindred spirits back in the day...

Apparently, WWE wrestler Wade Barrett:

He recently got a new tattoo:

Yep, lyrics from Little Baby Nothing are on US telly at least once a week. He's actually British, by the way, he's from Preston.

Brian Molko had no shortage of horrible things to say about the Manics after the turn of the century.

Ah, a proper fan, then.

Gaz Top and Violet Berlin were at the O2. It doesn't get any better than that.

I don't follow wrestling, so thank you for bringing this to my attention; it is fucking phenomenal.

Gosh, that throws my tiny "anxiety is freedom" tattoo into sharp relief! That is one nice tattoo, though. Obviously this is a gentleman and a scholar, if ever there was one!

Him and Randy Orton are looking good at the moment. Orton is on top of his wrestling game and Barrett is working well with him. I did double take when I saw the tattoo, I had to pause Sky to look at it. Looking forward to the blow off on that fued. I reckon they're going inside the cell.

Well tie my hair in bunches, fuck me and call me Rita - it's Kanye West with a picture of Richey on his shirt.

Course doesn't necessarily mean he's a fan, but quite a surprise if he is.

My brother ran in and showed me this picture this morning!

I think it's mostly for the fashion value really - I don't see him as hearing and understanding the Manics....

Possibly, you can get Nick and Richey on a t-shirt from Selfridges, Nicky got one the bloody hipster. At least he knows who he is though.

I couldn't comment on whether Kanye's actually into em or not, haven't got a clue about any of his influences, his principles or whatever. All I know is he's got one of the biggest ego on the planet. Well, appears to, could just be a really really good act.

Really? Jesus Christ. The thought of little mindless hipsters running around with Richey & Nicky on printed across their chests makes me want to vomit.

With Kanye, it's probably a mystery. I'd love to know though.
