just a little update from me, having enjoyed reading all the posts so far :)

I've *not* got an advance promo copy of this album this time round by the way (for those who've been in touch whilst I've been on holiday)

I did hear 2 tracks in demo form last year, and was honoured enough to be able to read through the lyrics, but I have to admit I can't remember which tracks they were.

I do remember one track was accoustic, and both tracks had a very hard/sharp 'edge' to them and reminded me of the THB days - Small Black Flowers-esque... but I think James has said as much in print somewhere(?)

The lyrics were very strong and I hope they are reproduced complete with Richey's scribblings rather than typed. They reminded me of my English studying days when I was reading Burroughs.

In short, I'm sure it's gonna be a good one - if anybody's seen the Welsh magazine "Buzz" this month, the boys are looking good in the photos too!
(Sean's black make-up eye mask in the photo is very cool!)

Just dropped by to read the goss... going back offline now to finish my Gewurztraminer, ttfn
