That would probably be good - distract the touting companies.

Anyone know if there is some kind of box office which deals with Castle events, for both buying and pickup?

TicketlineUK is pretty much a Wales specific box office (I queued outside their office at 3am to get tickets for the Coal Exchange gig back in 2001)

Am I right to assume this gig is the one there is going to be the biggest rush/demand for?

Also, so glad I got our hotel room already. Looks like the room I booked is the room I'm keeping. Now the pesky issue of actually getting tickets....

Depends, probably most people will go but if there's something like 10,000 tickets you'd be safer buying tickets for the others first (which are something like 1-2000).

Snap. I got it early when I thought I only had manics fans to contend with! By friday it will probably be impossible to find hotel rooms cheap.

Why go to Brewdog when you've got the Urban Tap House and the Brains owned pub just across from it?

(In other words, I don't know, as it opened two weeks after I was last there, but the Urban Tap House is much better than any Brewdog Bar I've been in, including Shepherds Bush)

Booked Newport Travelodge for this while I could last night. Fucking One Direction, filling hotels. On the bright side shouldn't be too bad getting served in pubs, most their fans won't get served.

WalesOnline made that point in this clunky bit they rushed onto their Facebook page - http://www.walesonline.co.uk/whats-o...ll-see-8262976

It'll be an interesting mix of two very different, but also scarily similar, tribes.
