3 more to add:

The Alternative Classical Collection - The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra Plays Classic Rock - A Design For Life
I believe this is the same track that appeared on the Daily Express Garden Classics CD

Classic Rock - Epic Rock Anthems With Orchestra - A Design For Life
This is another orchestral instrumental ADFL, different to the one listed above.

Mastermix Pro Disc 107 - Jackie Collins Existential Question Time ('Clean' Radio Version)
This is a DJ compilation CD that has the non-sweary version of JCEQT on it ("…begs a catholic")

----

Also, I am sure some of you will know how difficult it can sometimes be to get decent quality artwork for iTunes etc when these CDs are not widely available, so I thought you might like these images from my personal collection of some of the titles listed so far, scanned and cleaned up where necessary (I haven't embedded all the images as they're 800x800 pixels each which may be annoying for people on slow connections or smartphones etc):

Thanks Porco, wasn't too sure about the JCEQT one. Thought it was just the album version.
